Balance by Libby ~ Pilates in Palmwoods

I have been doing Pilates with Libby for several years now. I was a bit nervous about trying it, but learning Pilates techniques with Libby has become an integral part of my health and wellness journey. I have tried other Pilates classes, but the personal approach which Libby offers each of her clients keeps me coming back. I have found Pilates pulls together many of the other types of exercise and therapies I have tried over the years. Libby has helped me keep moving through injuries - and we always have a laugh. The classes are varied and stimulating and I can't recommend her studio highly enough. If you have never tried Pilates - this is the perfect place to start! (I'm 61 years young by the way!)
